This film, titled 'Tama' in reference to the votive offerings of Eastern Orthodox traditions, is a film from a collective of screendance works. Made in tribute to Maya Deren’s 1951 unfinished work 'Ensemble for Somnambulists'.
In conjunction and commissioned with dancer and choreographer Aliina Lindroos. Tama initially screened with the International Video Dance Festival of Burgundy and the Boreal Screendance Festival Iceland.
